1. Where can I find product sizing information?

For all your second thoughts about sizing we offer a universal size guide, you can find it right here. We always do our utmost best to describe an item as meticulously as possible, especially concerning the fitting and sizing details. Therefore we always add approximate measurements of the items we think need some extra information. Besides, to be extra sure, we also add the model measurements to the product description. We strongly advise you to take these measurements into account whenever you have doubts about whether an item will fit you or not.

How does it work?

The measurements of jeans are made with the jeans laid flat and ditto for jackets and blazers. If you want to double check the sizing of an item you can compare these measurements to yours! Use a measure tape for the areas that we indicate in our size guide. This will give you a more adequate insight about whether an item will fit you or not. Still not sure? 2. My discount code isn’t working, what can I do?

Once you find the vintage goods you like to purchase you go to the shopping chart. Then you’ll see on the right side of the checkout page a box where you can fill in your discount code. Please be sure you use capitals at all time and double check spelling first before contacting us.

3. Where are your products shipped from?

At the moment our warehouse is located in Lisbon, Portugal. We ship all our orders from this warehouse. FYI: we ship worldwide!

4. How long will it take before I receive my parcel?

According to CTT, delivery time for EU orders is 3-5 working days from the dispatch date, while the delivery time for international orders is 6-12 days.  Domestic shipping, meaning deliveries in Portugal will arrive within 2-3 businessdays. 


5. Why did I only receive part of my order?

Don't worry, it's on its way! While we do our best to ship all orders in one package, there are times when orders will ship from multiple warehouses. If you did not receive multiple tracking numbers, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance at sayhello@studiodautonome.com.


6. How can I check the status of my order?
As soon as you place an order at our store we will send you an order confirmation immediately. We also send you a following-up email with tracking details you need to track and trace your parcel as soon as it has been shipped.
7. Can I return my order?

Studio d'autonome sells vintage (designer) clothing and accessories that are collected with care by our team. The term 'vintage' is defined as '20plus years old'. Which means that vintage items have survived years, decades, and often lifetimes of ownership and use. Please keep in mind that vintage and pre-loved vintage goods are not new, and therefore might have some signs of age, wear, or use - these signs will be defined and explained in the condition section of an item's description. Purchasing a vintage item means you are obtaining a unique and authentic item that is rare and/or one of a kind. Studio d'autonome takes great care in thoroughly review, measure, clean (sometimes repair) and describe all products being sold on this website.

All sales are considered final

As mentioned above, 'good condition' is all we care about. We do our best to meticulously describe any flaws or stains if present. Although all sales are considered final, online returns are reviewed on a case by case basis. Because of the detailed accuracy of an item's description and the fact that we're already selling pre-owned items, where signs of wearing can appear or colors might vary slightly from the ones in the picture, returns will not be accepted. If you feel an item was grossly misrepresented in its listing, please email sayhello@studiodautonome.com. We will try our best to reach a resolution and accommodate your needs. Please keep in mind that in all cases shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for any custom fees or tax duties. Accepted returns that initially shipped for free may incur the deduction of the original shipping cost upon return. Accepted returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.


8. How can I pay for my order?
@studio d'autonome we offer several payment options. First of all we offer ‘express checkout’ directly from your checkout with PayPal to make your life easier. In addition here’s a sum up of all our payment providers where you can choose from:

9. I received the wrong goods, what can I do?

Once you received your vintage goods and it’s not what you’ve ordered please contact us at sayhello@studiodautonome.com and we will figure out a solution and make you happy!


10. Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes you can! But please be aware that we can ONLY change or cancel your order if it hasn’t been shipped yet. We ship all our parcels within *24 hours of placement so there’s a bit of a tight time schedule for changing your mind. Once a parcel has been shipped we can’t retrieve it back to our warehouse if it’s already in process of delivery. If you are in time to change or cancel your order please send us a message at sayhello@studiodautonome.com

11. Where can I track my parcel?

Right after you place an order @studio d'autonome, we will send you an order confirmation email following up with an email that contains all the trackinginformation you need (trackingcode and a websitelink where you can copy paste the trackingcode). If you did not receive this email please check your spam inbox in the first place. Still nowhere to be found? Please send us an email at sayhello@studiodautonome.com and will we resend all the information as soon as possible. You can follow all your parcels using this websitelink. Just copy paste your trackingcode in the area below ‘track or change delivery’ and hit search!


12. I haven’t received my parcel, what can I do?

All our orders are dispatched within 1 business day of purchase and shipped via CTT Portuguese Mail Services with tracking number&priority mail. If you purchase an item on the weekend or a public holiday, your item will be shipped the next business day. According to CTT, delivery time for EU orders is 3-5 working days from the dispatch date, while the delivery time for international orders is 6-12 days.  As soon as your shipment is processed, you will receive a tracking number. If you haven’t receive your item during this period of time, please contact us at sayhello@studiodautonome.com and our dedicated customer service will process your issue as soon as possible.
